The item is like in the photos looked very nice and rich in details and the customer service was so so good the nicest I dealt with but I had a little problem with hanging it on the wall and it was a little fragile so take care in dealing and handling it but I got help from the services.
Really the best thing and looking forward to purchase from there again

I have nothing to criticize or anything to disappoint me. The glowing logo predetermined my expectations😍. And I won't give in to other reviews. For me and my husband, it's a complete boooomba! And not only my husband lights up the logo😀. It's even better than a lamp. And great packaging. Just for me and my husband☆☆☆☆☆
