The item is like in the photos looked very nice and rich in details and the customer service was so so good the nicest I dealt with but I had a little problem with hanging it on the wall and it was a little fragile so take care in dealing and handling it but I got help from the services.

I have nothing to criticize or anything to disappoint me. The glowing logo predetermined my expectations😍. And I won't give in to other reviews. For me and my husband, it's a complete boooomba! Got the largest size and it did not disappoint! My only complaint is the wifi connector set that comes with it. It was a little difficult at first to get it to work correctly.
